Cupping

Cupping is a traditional therapy that has been used for more than 3,000 years. Glass cups are placed on the skin along acupuncture meridians using negative pressure (suction) to gently release muscles, fascia, and connective tissue. Cupping is used to stimulate circulation bringing fresh blood to stagnant areas, activate lymphatic drainage and circulation, loosen adhesions and release tissue and improve flow. It is used for a variety of health issues including chronic and acute muscle pain and tension, colds, flus, cough, menstrual cramps, digestive disorders, migraines, cellulite, and scar tissue.

Moxibustion

Moxa or Moxibustion is a technique in which warmth is applied over acupuncture channels and points to improve circulation and reduce stagnation. It is used all over the world and utilizes the herb mugwort or Ai Ye to deeply penetrate and bring warmth into the body. It is used for a wide range of health issues including pain, injuries, arthritis, joint pain, colds, flus, colic, digestive disorders, numbness, Bell’s palsy, menstrual cramps and irregularities, fertility, and fatigue.

Red Light Therapy

Red Light Therapy (RLT) works at the cellular level to support skin health and solve skin issues. RLT is a low wavelength red light that penetrates deep into the skin. The cells absorb the light and create more cell energy (ATP). In this way, RLT increases the production of ATP, promotes the growth of new capillaries, boosts the production of collagen and fibroblasts. With more energy, the cells are better equipped to respond to damage and rejuvenate themselves. RLT has been shown to help with scarring, acne, wrinkles, and age spots.
