A warming Chai for the winter months, balancing the Water Element - the Kidneys, Urinary Bladder and Adrenals using Traditional Asian Medicine. This Chai was formulated in collaboration with the brilliant Paramjit Kaur. It features a festive blend of spices and adaptogens to support you through the season by; warming the yang, bolstering the Qi, and benefitting digestion.

This version is made in true traditional style with Darjeeling, a lightly caffeinated black tea.

Our Wintering Chai Tea will be available as loose tea with either Rooibos or Darjeeling as the base (see recipe here for traditional preparation instructions) as well as a concentrated therapeutic syrup that you can simply add water or steamed milk or whatever your soul desires to keep you warm and replenished.
