Full Body Light Immersion: Supporting the Body at a Cellular Level

Light has long been recognized as an essential part of health — influencing everything from mood and circadian rhythm to energy and vitality.

Full Body Light Immersion builds on this understanding, offering a targeted and therapeutic application of light designed to support the body in repair, regeneration, and balance.

How It Works

This therapy uses specific wavelengths of red and near-infrared light that can penetrate the skin and reach deeper tissues.

At this level, light helps support cellular energy production, circulation, and the body’s natural repair processes.

Rather than acting on the surface alone, it works more systemically — supporting the body from within.

Why Full-Body Immersion

While localized light therapy can be beneficial, full-body exposure allows for a more complete and integrated response.

Standing within a field of light, the body receives consistent, even exposure — supporting multiple systems at once, including:

  • muscles and joints

  • skin and connective tissue

  • circulation

  • nervous system regulation

This immersive approach often feels both calming and energizing at the same time.

What It Supports

Light immersion therapy may help support:

  • muscle recovery and physical repair

  • circulation and tissue oxygenation

  • skin health and overall vitality

  • energy levels and resilience

  • a general sense of balance and well-being

Many people notice improved clarity, relaxation, and a subtle sense of renewed energy following sessions.

What a Session Feels Like

Sessions take place in a private light immersion cabin, where you stand comfortably surrounded by therapeutic light.

The experience is warm, quiet, and grounding — requiring no effort, simply allowing the body to receive.

Integrating Light Into Your Care

Light immersion can be experienced on its own in our Light Immersion Cabin (which is right inside our office), or as part of a more comprehensive treatment.

It is a key component of our Full Body Reset, where it is combined with infrared and PEMF therapies for deeper, layered support.

For those beginning, more frequent sessions (1–2 times per week) can help build momentum and enhance results.

A Thoughtful Approach

At Points of Health, we approach therapies like this not as quick fixes, but as tools to support the body’s natural intelligence and capacity to heal.

Over time, these subtle interventions can create meaningful shifts — helping the body move toward greater ease, resilience, and balance.
